With a 11.4% rise to $928.3m in FY2022, Frasers Property Limited has seen its relevant profit soar.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization increased by 3.0% YoY to $3.875b on higher revenues of $3.877b.

The real estate firm reported improved profits in FY22 because of strong performance in its Australia and Singapore residential divisions, according to a regulatory filing.

The increased attributable profit led the board to recommend an initial and definitive capital gain of $0.03 per share for FY22, increased from the $0.02 per share that was announced for FY21.
